The plot inserted in a forgotten area, surrounded by disorderly constructions, was rethought for the development of tourism. :.Four compositions in reinforced concrete, with a ventilated facade to the north and large glazing to the south, protected by wooden shutters, give new life to the place. :. Each accommodation unit has a living room, two toilets and a bedroom on the mezzanine.
